The location, breakfast and staff were excellent!! Ali provided us the best hospitality accommodation everything we needed! Very close to all tourist locations and good restaurants!

Some appliances needed repair!

Nice and friendly staff. Location is a plus.

The AC in the room was not cooling good.

Breakfast and location

Small room , not clean

Location And room cleaning

Breakfast poor No spacious room, I requested to upgrade to bigger room but all same size

Hospitality, very clean hotel, stuff was super friendly and assisted on everything, especially great thanks to Mr. Ali, he is such a good hearted person and very friendly. The breakfast was very good, room had a minibar which is very rear to find in hotels in Istanbul. Overall 10/10! Definitely will stay there again

Duration of the stay, if I knew that the hotel was so good I would book for more days.

Nothing but everything

Elevator was not working for almost 3 days and my room was on 5th floor.

The location is awesome, directly in the center with easy access to historical and major touristic attractions. The staff is super friendly, especially fell in love with Selim abla. Breakfast was so rich and delicious. Thank you ? very much. Will recommend to all friends!

Really nice hotel, on great location. Breakfast was excellent and staff is really polite.

Great location. Turkish bath and sauna included. Good breakfast. Ali was helping us with everything, especially changing the rooms from economical to standard, much better comfort. Highly recommend!

Dislike:- dirty- broken furniture- broken equipment- mold in bathroom- A/C not working- poor noise isolation from other compartments- brealfast does not meet expectations (small variety and not fresh)

I don’t know what people expect more than this I stay 4 nights with my family with 2 kids best hotel ever value for money ? best location to explore Istanbul hotel is nice and clean staff is amazing helpful seriously if you are coming with family or yourself don’t listen to ppls too much just book this hotel I promise you will not gonna be disappointed.

When I come to Istanbul I stay only in this hotel. Always clean, excellent breakfasts, the staff is always helpful to improve my stay in the hotel. As always at the highest level.

location is amazing, staff were nice, good value for money

The hotel is at a perfect location. The staf is amazing.Breakfast is good. We had an amazing time. We booked 4 rooms for 8 people in totale. We would return a next time for sure

Great location, close to main attractions + in the other direction some more local and cheaper restaurants Warm rooms (even the bathroom had a towel heating rack) and large breakfast buffet including fresh veggies to choose from ? Ali at the front desk is friendly and happy guy, I can tell he enjoys life !Thank you for the stay, definitely recommend this place ?

No complaints, I forgot to mention you can take the stairs Or an elevator

The location is fine

The breakfast is basic but the room was not clean well from the last person who use the room.

Location, staff, balconies

If your room got windows to the inner yard it will be loud even if windows closed, and there is no good view out of the window, but it is only for economic or standard rooms. Breakfast is ok, hamam was cold and sauna is not hot(69degC). But the location is very good and staff is great.
